Brushless Diesel Heater
Product Introduction
When customers ask us what makes our brushless diesel heater different, we always start from real use scenarios rather than specifications alone. We designed this product for vehicles and equipment that must operate reliably in cold, high-altitude, or long-idle conditions, where heating performance directly affects comfort, safety, and operating efficiency.
This brushless diesel heater adopts a dual brushless motor architecture, where two brushless motors work independently and are controlled separately. One motor is dedicated to supplying combustion air, while the other manages exhaust and hot air circulation. By separating these functions, airflow is delivered only when and where it is needed, reducing unnecessary energy use and improving combustion stability.

Product Parameters (Specification)

Product Feature
Dual Brushless Motor with Inverter Control
Unlike conventional designs that rely on a single motor, this brushless diesel heater uses two independently controlled brushless motors. One motor supplies precise combustion airflow during ignition and steady operation, while the second motor controls exhaust flow and hot air circulation based on heating demand, this structure enables more precise speed regulation and smoother airflow control across different operating stages.
The brushless motor operates at up to 6000 rpm, while typical brushed motors run around 4000 rpm. Higher rotational speed allows stable air delivery with lower electrical load, especially during startup and low-power heating modes. The absence of carbon brushes eliminates friction-related wear, which directly contributes to longer service life and reduced maintenance requirements.
Variable Frequency Operation for Energy Efficiency
The inverter-driven system allows the brushless diesel heater to adjust motor speed and fuel delivery dynamically rather than operating at a fixed output. This variable frequency operation improves combustion efficiency and avoids unnecessary fuel consumption during partial load conditions.
Electrical performance data reflects this advantage clearly. The heater operates at a rated voltage of 24 V, with current ranging from 0.1 A to 2.2 A and power consumption between 2.4 W and 53 W, depending on operating mode. Compared with traditional systems, overall electrical energy usage is reduced by up to 50%, easing the load on vehicle batteries during long-term heating.

Fuel-Saving Combustion with Precise Control
Fuel efficiency is a key concern for users who rely on diesel heating over extended periods. Our brushless diesel heater integrates a three-solenoid valve system, consisting of one high valve and two low valves, enabling accurate fuel metering throughout ignition, steady operation, and shutdown phases.
Fuel consumption is controlled within a range of 0.12 L/h to 0.39 L/h, depending on heat output level. By combining small air intake at ignition with higher airflow during steady combustion, the system minimizes incomplete combustion and reduces fuel waste. In real operating conditions, fuel savings typically reach 50% to 70% compared with brushed motor heater designs.
Lower Exhaust Temperature for Enhanced Safety
Safety is not treated as an add-on feature but as a result of system-level design. The dual brushless motor and inverter control reduce unnecessary thermal buildup, leading to significantly lower exhaust temperatures.
Under comparable operating conditions, exhaust temperature is approximately 100°C, while traditional single brushed motor systems can reach around 400°C. Lower exhaust temperature reduces thermal stress on surrounding components and lowers the risk of heat-related failures, particularly in compact installation spaces.
Integrated Sensors for Stable and Protected Operation
The brushless diesel heater is equipped with pressure and temperature sensors that continuously monitor internal operating conditions. These sensors allow real-time adjustment of airflow and fuel delivery, helping maintain stable combustion even under changing altitude or ambient temperature.
This sensor-based feedback system improves operational safety by preventing abnormal pressure or overheating scenarios. It also supports reliable operation across a wide ambient temperature range from -40°C to 70°C, making the heater suitable for cold climates and high-altitude environments.

Product Application
We see our brushless diesel heater used across a wide range of applications where dependable heating is essential. In commercial trucks and logistics vehicles, it supports overnight rest and cold-weather operation without running the main engine. For construction machinery and agricultural equipment, it ensures reliable cabin heating during early starts and winter operations.
The compact design also makes it suitable for specialty vehicles and mobile systems that require stable heat under variable conditions. Because the heater performs well at different altitudes and temperatures, it adapts easily to regional and seasonal changes, reducing the need for multiple heater configurations.
