Precautions and Warning

Exhaust system
When placing the exhaust port, it is necessary to prevent the exhaust gas from entering the interior of the vehicle through the overcooler, hot air inlet or window.

Combustion of air
Do not draw in the passenger compartment the combustion air used for the combustion of the heater.
Place the air intake should be noted that it can not be blocked by objects.

Heated air inlet
The supplied heated air must consist of fresh air or circulating air and is taken from a clean area.Protective gates or other suitable tools must be used to protect the intake ducts.

Heated air outlet
When placing hot air pipes in a car, make sure that it is not easy to be touched to prevent injury or damage to the subject.

Exhaust system
When arranging the exhaust pipe, it must be noted that the exhaust pipe outlet must avoid flammable materials, avoid heating or igniting ground combustibles or loading cargo.

1. Installation, the fixed plate must be kept closed with the car sheet metal, so as not to burn the exhaust through the gap into the cab damage to the driver's body.
2. The length of the exhaust pipe shall not be less than 30 cm.
3. The exhaust outlet must be fixed in the open space.
4. Exhaust pipe outlet is not allowed to travel direction.

Recommendation: After the heater is fixed, it is recommended to use the sealant to seal the installation gap.

As the summer of 2022 approaching end, Nanjing FUTRUN factory has already started the production of parking heaters. In order to provide a warm environment for the cab in winter, the parking heaters solve the heating needs in parking conditions.
