It was designed under the guidance of postgraduate tutors and refrigeration industry experts from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, a premier institution in China's refrigeration and air conditioning sector.
The center has passed strict accreditation and review by the National Supervision and Testing Center for Refrigeration Products, and fully complies with international and national authoritative standards including GB/T 21361-2017 Automotive Air Conditioners, GJB5997-2007 General Specification for Armored Vehicle Air Conditioning Equipment, GB/T 6882-2008 Acoustics – Precision Methods for Anechoic and Hemi-Anechoic Rooms, and GB/T 19232-2003 Fan Coil Units, guaranteeing full authority, accuracy, and traceability of all test data.

1. National-Standard Semi-Anechoic Acoustic Testing Laboratory
Ultra-quiet operation is a core design priority for our products, as it directly impacts drivers' rest quality during parking breaks. This specialized laboratory is where we optimize and validate the acoustic performance of every unit we develop.
With a background noise level of ≤20dB(A) and a cut-off frequency of 125Hz, this facility enables precision acoustic testing and noise reduction optimization. We strictly validate the operating noise of our indoor units here, ensuring our products maintain industry-leading low noise levels while delivering powerful cooling, creating a peaceful, comfortable cabin environment for long-haul drivers and heavy machinery operators across the globe.
2. National-Level Enthalpy Difference Performance Testing Laboratory
This is the core facility where we validate the cooling, heating, and energy efficiency performance of our air conditioners, built to simulate the extreme and varied climate conditions of our global markets.
The laboratory supports a wide testing range, with evaporation side heat exchange capacity from 1kW to 20kW, air volume from 70m³/h to 1500m³/h, and condensation side testing capacity up to 20kW and 4500m³/h. It delivers industry-leading testing accuracy: air volume deviation ≤±1% vs. standard values, power measurement uncertainty of ±0.2%, and heat exchange test deviation ≤±1.5% after three consecutive tests.
With this facility, our R&D team can rigorously test product performance under extreme temperatures and complex working conditions, ensuring every unit delivers stable, efficient cooling and heating while cutting idle fuel consumption for our customers.


3. Full-Spectrum Testing Chambers for Comprehensive Product Validation
Beyond our two core testing labs, the center is equipped with a full set of specialized testing chambers to validate every aspect of product reliability and performance throughout its lifecycle:
Environmental Simulation Chamber: Simulates extreme temperature, humidity, and harsh environmental conditions from around the world, to verify product durability and stable operation in complex on-road and off-road scenarios.
Long-Term Operation Testing Chamber: Conducts continuous, long-duration running tests to validate the service life and long-term reliability of our products, ensuring stable performance for tens of thousands of hours of heavy commercial use.
Evaporation & Condensation Testing Chambers: Precision testing of the core heat exchange components of our air conditioners, to optimize energy efficiency, cooling capacity, and structural durability.
