First, each rooftop AC gets a final once-over. Our techs test the dual fans, check for any loose parts, and make sure the logoed panels look sharp. Then comes the wrap: thick foam around the unit, taped tight to cushion against jolts. Next, into the custom cartons. Each AC slides in snugly, with extra padding in the corners. We don't just close the box-we seal it with heavy-duty tape and add a "Fragile" label in both English and Turkish, so handlers know to take care.
