Inside Our Turkish AC Shipment: How We Ensure Quality Every Step

Watching our team load this week's shipment to Turkey felt like watching a well-choreographed dance. Every step-from wrapping to securing-was deliberate, because we know what's at stake: keeping Turkish drivers cool, mile after mile.

rooftop AC

First, each rooftop AC gets a final once-over. Our techs test the dual fans, check for any loose parts, and make sure the logoed panels look sharp. Then comes the wrap: thick foam around the unit, taped tight to cushion against jolts. "Turkey's roads can be rough-this foam's non-negotiable," said Maria, our lead packer, as she wrapped the 50th unit.

Next, into the custom cartons. Each AC slides in snugly, with extra padding in the corners. We don't just close the box-we seal it with heavy-duty tape and add a "Fragile" label in both English and Turkish, so handlers know to take care.

Loading the container is the final act. Our team lines the floor with wooden pallets to keep boxes off the ground, then stacks them evenly to avoid shifting. They use straps to secure the pallets, double-checking each one. "A shifted box could mean a broken AC," said Juan, our loading supervisor. "We don't let that happen."

This isn't just loading-it's promise-keeping. When our Turkish partners unbox these ACs, they'll find units ready to install, no surprises. That's how we do things.
