Product Structure
1. Heater body
The main structure of the JUKOOL diesel heater body is as below
2. Controller
The controller is installed on the top of the main body of the diesel heater which automatically controls and monitors the whole working process of the heater after starting, and realizes the fault protection function according to the pre programmed program.
3. Flame sensor
When the flame sensor works, it can monitor the temperature of the furnace chamber because of the change of resistance with temperature. In the ignition stage , it is used to judge whether the furnace is ignited or not. In normal working condition, it is helpful to judge whether the flame is burning continuously or not.
4. Temperature sensor
The temperature sensor is installed on the outer wall of the middle part of the heater body.When the heater exchange temperature exceeds 210℃ the controller will automatically cut off the oil pump circuit, stop the oil pump, and then turn off the heater to prevent the system from overheating .
LCD Switch
1. Automatic pump oil
It will enter the automatic pump oil function when you press the setting key for over five times continuously after power on. The countdown is 60s.it will increase 60s when you press+key for once.It will exit after you press the on/off key for a short time,
2. Query
You can query one item when you press the query key for once, respectively voltage, furnace temperature and power, which can be displayed in cycle.
3. ON/OFF
You can turn on the machine after pressing the on/off key for once. It will work with medium power after start up.You can press the +/-key to select the power. The machine will shut down after you press on/off key for 3s. This parking heater machine will automatically cool down donot not cut off the power supply and wait for the diesel heater to stop operation
4. Remote controller
You can press the +/-key continuously and then connect the power supply in power interruption status. There will be buzzing for six times when the switch is turned on. You can loosen the +/-key when the buzzer stops. The display screen display.
5. Usage of the remote controller
A/OFF: shutdown
B/ON: start up
C/-: gear down
D/+:gear up

Oil pump failure
Check if oil pump is disconnected or shorted

Lgnition plug failure
Check if the plug is loose disconnected or shorted with controller.check the carbon deposition of the plug

Motor failure
Check Magnet Polarity hall sensor positionor loose terminals

Sensor Failure
Check if the Sensor plug is loose or disconnected or shorted
E05
Over voltage
Reduce the supply power

Under voltage
Raise the supply power

Communication failure
Check is the switch is disconnected,check if the heater is shorted

Flameout
Check the oil circuit for air or blockage, check if there are air bubbles in the tubing (replace oil pump if bubbles cannot be removed)

Hall
Check the hall sensor

Lgnition failure
Check if the oil circuit is blocked or the oil is not smooth, the oil pump is stuck

Over Temperature
Check if the fan damaged ,check if the air inlet or air outlet is blocked

Temperature failure
Check if the temperature in the car has reached the standard and the heater does not need to continue to work, whether the outlet duct is in contact, and whether the hot air shot is sucked back by the inlet end.
