Can Diesel Heater Use Kerosene?

Can diesel heater use kerosene?

No, because kerosene and diesel are two different combustion oils, and the hot spots of the two are different, unless a modified diesel heater can be burned with kerosene.

Diesel heaters can be divided into truck diesel heater, diesel heater for caravan, and diesel heater in house newly developed by the Nanjing FUTRUN team.

Application of Diesel Heater

The working principle of the parking heating system is to extract a small amount of fuel from the fuel tank to the parking heater combustion chamber, and then the fuel is burned in the combustion chamber to generate heat, heating the engine coolant or air, the heat is then dissipated into the cabin through the warm air radiator, and the engine is also warmed up at the same time.

In this process, the power of the battery and a certain amount of fuel will be consumed. According to the size of the heater, the amount of fuel required for heating once ranges from 0.1 liters to 0.3 liters.

Diesel Parking Heater

The parking heating system is mainly composed of an intake air supply system, a fuel supply system, an ignition system, a cooling system and a control system. Its working process can be divided into five working steps: intake stage, fuel injection stage, mixing stage, ignition combustion stage and heat exchange stage.

When the switch is activated, the heater works as follows:

The fuel is pumped in by the oil pump, evaporated and atomized in the combustion chamber, mixed with the air sucked in by the self-combustion air inlet and burned. Combustion exhaust gas is discharged from the exhaust port. At the same time, the motor drives the fan, and the cold air is sucked in from the air inlet, and the heat generated by the combustion is absorbed by the heat exchanger into warm air and blown out from the air outlet.
