RV Modification - How to Install a Diesel Heater (Part 1)
Today, let's install a cost-effective diesel heater for the RV by ourselves!

First, we turned on the diesel heater and found a suitable installation location in the RV! Here we choose to install the main body of this diesel heater under the stove drawer in the kitchen area of this caravan!

Next, we will install the small parts on the diesel heater first! As shown below

1. Put the sealing rubber gasket on the oil port and the tuyere first.

2. Fix the fixing plate of the diesel heater at the air outlet.

3. Install the transparent oil pipe at the oil inlet, and lock the hoop at the interface.

4. Connect the pipe of the air inlet with a pipe (black) and lock it with a hoop.

5. Connect and lock the trachea (white) of the exhaust port in the same way as above.

6. Use a tool to open a hole under the wall panel at the bottom of the car, place the air port pipe and the oil port pipe on the bottom of the car through the hole, and fix the diesel heater with screws for subsequent work.

7. There are three wires on the diesel heater, which are the power wire, the controller wire, and the oil pump wire. Run the wires through the wires under the floor of our RV to the mains power line in our RV.

8. Place the heating air vents in the car. Here we only place two air vents, one for heating the car, the opening is directly located on the side below our kitchen drawer, and the other air outlet is placed in the toilet bathroom, so that when bathing It won't be cold.

Finally, use a section of ventilation pipe to connect one end of the hot air outlet of the diesel heater to the tee pipe, and the other end to the heater, and lock it with a hoop.
Now the main body of a diesel heater has been installed. In the next article, the editor will bring the diesel heater controller and the installation of the exhaust port and the oil pump!
