The project showcases JUKOOL's expertise in engineering fully customizable climate control solutions for specialized vehicles.
Working closely with the East Asian team, JUKOOL customized every component of the AC systems to meet the unique demands of low-speed EVs. This included efficiency-tuned compressors that reduce battery drain, compact evaporators designed for tight cabin spaces, and precision-fit pipes and wiring harnesses that integrate seamlessly with vehicle frames.
"East Asian clients have exacting standards for quality and performance," said a JUKOOL engineering lead. "We collaborated closely to understand their needs-from noise reduction to battery efficiency-and built ACs that address each requirement."
Testing results confirmed the systems' effectiveness, with the custom ACs maintaining optimal cooling performance while using 18% less battery power than standard units. Client feedback praised the intuitive controls and perfect fit within their EV designs.
