Vehicle air conditioning is an air conditioning system that is composed of compressors, condensers, throttling elements, evaporators, fans and necessary control components, which are used to adjust the temperature and humidity in the vehicle and provide a comfortable environment for the occupants.
working principle
When the compressor is working, the compressor sucks the low-temperature and low-pressure gaseous refrigerant from the evaporator, and after compression, the temperature and pressure of the refrigerant increase, and it is sent to the condenser. In the condenser, the high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous refrigerant transfers heat to the outside air passing through the condenser and liquefies it, turning it into a liquid. As the liquid refrigerant flows through the throttling device, its temperature and pressure decrease and enter the evaporator. In the evaporator, the low-temperature and low-pressure liquid refrigerant absorbs the heat of the air in the vehicle passing through the evaporator, evaporates, and turns into a gas. The gas is sucked in by the compressor for the next cycle. In this way, through the circulation of the refrigerant in the system, the heat of the air in the car is continuously absorbed and discharged into the air outside the car, so that the temperature of the air in the car gradually drops.
